Your privacy is critically important to us. At Vibefit Plus, we have a few fundamental principles: We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.

1. Information We Collect

Camera & Video Data

Vibefit Plus uses your device's camera for real-time AI pose detection to count exercise repetitions and analyze form. All video processing happens locally on your device. We do not stream, record, or store video frames on our servers.

Health & Fitness Data

We track exercise counts, hydration levels, and fasting schedules. This data is stored locally in an encrypted database using SQLCipher to ensure your records remain private.

Google Drive Integration

If you enable backups, the app will request permission to access your Google Drive. We only use Drive's private "app data" storage area — a hidden space tied to Vibefit Plus that does not appear in your regular Google Drive and isn't visible to any other app — to store your encrypted database backup and the key needed to unlock it. Recorded workout videos are never included in this backup; they stay on your device only, as described above.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide AI-powered rep counting and workout analytics.
• Remind you of hydration and fasting goals.
• Enable secure backup and synchronization across your devices.
• Improve app stability through anonymous crash reporting (via Firebase Crashlytics).

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including local database encryption (SQLCipher), to protect your data. However, remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

Vibefit Plus uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
• Google Drive API

5. Advertising

Vibefit Plus is supported in part by advertising, delivered through Google AdMob. Ads appear at natural points in the app — for example, after completing a workout, or when you choose to watch an ad in exchange for unlocking a recorded workout video download.

To serve and measure these ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect information such as your advertising ID, device identifiers, approximate location, and ad interaction data. This information is used to serve ads (including personalized ads, where consented to) and measure their performance. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Ads Privacy & Terms.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the app will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, in line with GDPR requirements. You can review or change this choice at any time from within the app: go to More → Privacy Options.

Vibefit Plus is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads shown in the app are not configured for child-directed treatment.

6. Accuracy of Data and Calculations

While we strive for high precision using advanced AI pose detection and metabolic modeling, please be aware that all metrics provided by Vibefit Plus are estimations only:

• Calorie Burn: Calculations are based on standard MET (Metabolic Equivalent) formulas. Actual expenditure depends on individual metabolism, heart rate, gender, and environmental factors.
• Fasting Stages: The physiological states described (e.g., Ketosis, Autophagy) follow generalized biological timelines. Individual transitions vary significantly based on your diet, activity level, and unique metabolism.
• Body Metrics: Body fat and composition estimates are derived from mathematical formulas and are not a replacement for clinical measurements or professional medical scans.
• AI Rep Counting: Camera hardware, lighting conditions, and camera placement can impact the accuracy of pose detection.

These metrics are intended as fitness guides to help you track progress, but should not be relied upon as absolute or scientifically exact measurements.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your exercise, hydration, and fasting history, along with any recorded workout videos, is stored only in the app's local, encrypted database and file storage on your device — we do not hold a copy of any of it on our servers. It remains on your device until you delete it yourself, either by clearing the app's storage from your device's Settings or by uninstalling Vibefit Plus, either of which erases it permanently and immediately.

If you've enabled Google Drive backup, your encrypted database backup is stored in your own Google Drive account's private app data area, not ours (recorded videos are never part of this backup - see Google Drive Integration above). Turning off backup in the app stops future syncing but does not delete a backup already uploaded — since this storage area doesn't appear in your regular Drive to delete from directly, the way to remove it is to revoke Vibefit Plus's access entirely from your Google Account permissions page. You can request access to, or deletion of, any information we hold about you (for example, anonymous crash reports) by contacting us at info@vibefitplus.net. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
